All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. If you place an order on a Sunday or a public holiday, we will process it on the next business day. Prepaid orders are always our top priority for dispatch.

Here are our estimated delivery timelines:

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the return process. The video must clearly show:

The full package from all sides before opening

The actual process of unboxing

The issue with the product (if any)

Note: Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
