Return Policy

At flipbay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. if there is an issue, we’re here to help.

1) eligibility for return/replacement
you can request a return or replacement if:
- you received a damaged product
- you received a wrong product
- the product is missing items (parts/accessories)
- the product has a manufacturing defect (if applicable)

2) return request time
you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3) conditions
- product must be unused and in original packaging (with tags/box if applicable)
- an unboxing video may be required as proof for damaged/wrong/missing items
- returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to customer misuse

4) refund process
once your return is approved:
- refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- refund will be credited to the original payment method (or as per payment mode)

5) cod orders
for cod orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer/upi after you share details.

6) non-returnable items
certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/personal use reasons. if applicable, it will be mentioned on the product page.
